Privacy Policy for ABM Mobile application on mobile devices
The following Privacy Policy for ABM Mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the Policy)
applies to all information that ABM Mobile may obtain about the user while using this application.
By using the application, the user expresses full and unconditional consent to this Policy and
the terms of processing their personal information specified herein. If the user disagrees with
these terms, they must refrain from using the application.
ABM Mobile reserves the right to unilaterally amend this privacy policy and notify users
through all communication channels by sending informational messages.
Personal information of users that ABM Mobile collects and processes
Within the scope of this Policy, user's personal information includes: information provided
by the user independently during registration and account creation (phone number) or during
application use (such as full name and gender), as well as personal information (device model,
connection IP address, etc.).
Additionally, the following information may be collected during application use:
Information about the user.
During registration and account creation, ABM Mobile requests information such as phone number
and bank card details. Additionally, the ABM Mobile application may request the user's full name
and gender. Furthermore, for proper functioning of the application, access to contacts list,
SMS messages, camera, and other features may be required. This information is used for the
application to function properly with features such as retrieving phone numbers from contacts,
automatically entering codes received via SMS, executing USSD requests, setting profile pictures,
and reading QR codes.
Information about the device.
ABM Mobile collects information about the user's mobile device, such as device model,
operating system, and phone number.
Information about ABM Mobile system service usage.
When using the ABM Mobile system services (such as payments for goods and services, automatic
payments, and others), ABM Mobile collects information related to these operations, including
amount, time, payment type, system partners, and other similar information. This information
collected by ABM Mobile may only be used for research purposes aimed at improving the quality
of the company's services.
ABM Mobile takes necessary and sufficient technical and organizational measures aimed at
protecting the user's personal information from unlawful and accidental access, destruction,
modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties.
Within the framework of this Policy, the User gives their consent, and ABM Mobile guarantees that:
- ABM Mobile will not disclose the User's personal information to third parties, except in cases provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- The User's password is stored in encrypted form;
- The User's personal information is stored and processed in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
